Position Pharmacy Manager
Job Summary
  • The Pharmacy Manager will oversee the immediate Pharmacy area
  • Establish goals and safety regulations of the pharmacy staff to effectively accomplish their tasks. 
  • You will be customer service and sales oriented
  • A creative manager of compliments and complaints from customers and staff members. 
  • This position co-partners with other staff pharmacists, 
  • You will carry the ultimate responsibility for all decisions regarding the pharmacy and/or its' policies.
Qualifications BS in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy, RPh
Must have good business sense and be sales oriented
Current State Pharmacy license
Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Ability to implement and carry-out directives
Job Functions Establishment of policies and procedures for safe keeping
Proper record keeping of medications
Proper display of licenses
Annual controlled drug inventory
Maintenance of Rx files
Establish and maintain effective controls against Rx errors
Scheduling
Hire pharmacy staff personnel (non-registered)
